With respect to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information, the NMB complies with applicable Federal law, including, but not limited to, the Privacy Act of 1974, the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and the Freedom of Information Act.

Information We Do Collect: Once you enter our Website to browse, read pages, or download information, our internet service provider (ISP) will automatically gather and store the following information about your visit:

The ISP provides us periodic web server statistics for customer service purposes only. This information does not identify you personally. We use this information to determine our visitors’ areas of interest, help us understand how to improve the navigation and content of our Website, and otherwise help us make our site more useful to visitors.
